What is your delivery model?
There are two types of delivery models: Normal and Instant. For normal delivery of conversions, we follow a specific set of standards and guidelines. However, if you would require the work to be done urgently or if you would prefer to receive the delivery earlier than usual then you can choose the instant delivery model. Since this delivery method requires special attention and additional resources, the pricing of the product is different from the normal type.
What do the different categories-simple, medium, and advanced-mean?
The categories simple, medium, advanced are based on the difference in man-hours required to convert a certain category of designs into the required format; e.g., to convert a simple category drawing requires 3 to 5 hrs whereas the conversion of an advanced drawing typically requires 14 to 20 hrs.
How much time do you usually take for the conversion of one image file to a CAD format?
It is dependent on the complexity of the design.

The drawing standards followed by us are comparable to the best in the industry. We are flexible and can also follow any other drawing standards prescribed by you.

The files can be sent in any compatible format such as AutoCAD, jpeg, gif image, PDF, hand sketch, scanned copies, etc.

Does the output go through quality inspection?
Yes. The final output is inspected for quality, dimensional accuracy and aesthetics before it is uploaded.

What if there is an error in the conversion you send me or if the output is not to my satisfaction?
If the Convert It Fast team commits a mistake in the conversion, then we offer a guarantee period of 3 months (90 days) from the date of file upload to correct the mistake(s) free of cost.
How do I make the payment?

How do I use the Products tool?
The product matrix tool is very easy to use.In products tool you can find input conversions on vertical side and outpu conversions on horizontal side. You just have to move the cursor over the rows for your required input and columns for output conversion.Select the proper intersection block of that row and the column which is highlighted in red colour.You can complete process by selecting the details of conversion and uploading the input file.
How will you deliver the final design to me?
After processing the conversion file it has to go through quality check. Once it is through qulity, the file is uploaded for the customer download.We assures you the delivery in your required format and in time.
